To submit your return request, please fill in our Returns form here so our team can register your return.
Our team will ask for some details along with images to verify the condition of returned items. If the return is approved:
- Our team will provide the RMA and Order number to include inside the package stating why the goods are being returned.
- We will provide you with a Royal Mail Returns Label/QR code for you to return this free of charge to your local Post Office.
- Securely package the item to avoid damage during transit. If items do arrived damaged, your refund will be rejected.
- Once we receive and verify the returned items, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.
- Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your bank statement from the refund issue date.
- If your order included a complimentary gift, this must be returned with your order in an unused, sellable condition. If you are only returning half of your order our team will inform you if you can keep hold of the gift.
- If you received samples with your order these also must be returned if you're returning you are full order.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Only products purchased directly from Tatcha (www.tatcha.co.uk) are eligible for return.
- Opened or used items, or those with broken seals, cannot be returned due to safety reasons.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- We are unable to process returns or refunds for products purchased from other retailers or suppliers.
- If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned to qualify for a refund.
- We do not accept partial returns of bundles or sets. Only complete sets can be returned.
- Postage costs for both delivery and returns are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise by our Customer Care team.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process once the item has been receipted at our warehouse.
